Welcome to the first release of the Word Leader Digital Power 100 Leaderboard.

A simple leaderboard that ranks world leaders by their Klout score (assuming they have a "personal" Twitter account).

The plan is to see if I can encourage world leaders to interact with the public via social media more directly and move up the rankings.

Starting things off - without much surprise - President Obama is the man to beat right now!
